Pay: £38,000 - £43,000 + over time Duration: Ongoing Contract Duties Work alone with minimum supervision or within a team to carry out maintenance/repair of MandE services plant and equipment across the site. Work alone or in a team carrying out refurbishment and new works across the site. To integrate and communicate effectively with other trade staff such as engineers particularly for MandE maintenance, new and remedial works. Responsible for the safe operation, planned and reactive maintenance of MandE systems, associated plant/equipment installed throughout the site. To carry out MandE works as required i.e. new works, refurbishment and capital works replacement programme. To carry out MandE repairs and cleaning of MandE components and equipment as necessary. To respond promptly and efficiently to plant breakdowns. To undertake training and qualify as authorised or competent person for MandE plant and systems as required.
