Job Opportunity: Site Manager 

Location: South Yorkshire

Start Date: Monday 18th August

Duration: 6 Weeks

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in South Yorkshire. 

Key Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• DBS would be an advantage, but not essential

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure works are delivered on time and to specification
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
• Maintain site records and reporting
• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders as required
