Program Delivery Lead – Hertford. Permanent, Full-Time (Core hours: 08:00-17:00). £42,000 per annum.Responsibilities
Leading the Administration team to ensure the successful delivery ofreactivemaintenance and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) programsAttend weekly client meetings alongside the Maintenance ManagerServe as the primary contact for client queries and internal communicationsManage and develop the Administration team, fostering a high-performance cultureCoordinate internal responses to client issues, ensuring resolutionLead the complaints process from start to finishMonitor adherence to policies around resident access and appointment bookingContribute insights to monthly board reportsMaintain accurate compliance data and Power BI dashboardsFollow company policies and complete relevant trainingParticipate in investigations and disciplinary processes as neededRequirements
