Team Leader Targeted Adolescent Support (IAS)

Overview
The care system. This is a pivotal role within our service, aimed at delivering early and effective interventions using evidenced based practice to support positive outcomes for children, typically adolescents who are on the edge of care, and who are affected by extra familial harm. The Team Lead will work closely with Social Workers and Team Managers to create tailored support plans that reduce risk and build resilience. The service is committed to preventing children and young people from coming into the care, offending, reducing re-offending, and safeguarding children from intra and extra familial harm.We have achieved this through innovative practice and delivery of several government funded initiatives such as Turnaround, Engage, Your Choice. Lead the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring child-centred, high-quality, evidence-informed interventions are delivered in a timely and coordinated manner in line with safeguarding legislation and best practice.Work closely with Social Workers and Team Managers to create tailored support plans that reduce risk and build resilience.Contribute to improving outcomes for children and young people at risk of entering care or involvement with the criminal justice system, and who are affected by extra-familial harm.What we are looking for

The job is primarily based in Ground Floor, Old Town Hall, Catford, London, SE6 4RU. There are 2 local train stations 3-5 minutes'' walk from the office, and the train journey from London Bridge is approximately 15 minutes. There are also numerous bus routes that stop right by the office. We operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.Special conditions:
