Cleveland Cable Company are excited to be recruiting for a brand- new position within the Credit Control Department. We are looking for a Credit Risk Coordinator to join our team in the Middlesbrough office on a full-time permanent basis. This role is pivotal in assisting with credit risk and ensuring the financial stability of our operations. As this is a new role for the business, we are looking for someone with a strong Credit Control/ Credit Risk background, to be able to use their own initiative/creativity to implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk. We are seeking someone that is wanting to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities Assess and analyse credit risk for new and existing customers. Monitor customer accounts for payment trends and potential issues. Collaborate with sales teams to evaluate customer creditworthiness. Prepare detailed reports on credit risk exposure and recommend actions. Conduct regular reviews of credit limits and terms based on financial performance. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Credit Control- Ad hoc duties. Requirements Proven experience in credit risk or credit Control. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams. Ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Self-sufficient.
