Hales Group are recruiting for a Production Operative to join an expanding manufacturing team and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work alongside a group of skilled and friendly professionals.

You would be provided with full training to help you succeed within the role as well as relevant Health & Safety training and appropriate workwear is provided.

This position is a key role in ensuring our products meet high quality standards before they leave the workshop. You will be working with a variety of air driven and power tools to trim components to precise specifications. No prior experience is required, just confidence using power tools. 
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Trimming components to pre-defined lines using power tools
• Assisting in moving finished components from the workshop to packing area
• Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and ensure machinery is kept in good condition at all times
• Inspecting finished products for quality and defects

Due to the rural location of this role and limited public transport, you will require your own transport.
