Anderselite are currently recruiting for various levels of commercial staff in Peterborough. With mulitiple positions available, we are seeking to speak with Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors - offering hybrid working, on behalf of a tier one contractor. You will be based in the Anglian Water office in Peterborough.andnbsp;

You will report directly to the Managing QS and andnbsp;you will be expected to take responsibility got several key accounts on a large project or the overall financial control of smaller projects.andnbsp;

Key responsibilities will include:

  Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management of a project or group of projects as designated by the Project Commercial Manager.andnbsp;

• 
  

  Ensure robust cost management processes are always undertaken with accurate and timely reports, data, and analysis on hand to assist in commercial decisions.andnbsp;

• 
  

  Ensure that all project team members (including site staff) understand the contractual arrangements, to satisfy Client andamp; Partner organisation requirements.andnbsp;

• 
  

  Work in collaboration with the Delivery Team to identify, implement and monitor efficiency plans throughout the lifecycle of a project or programme of projects. andnbsp;

• 
  

  Ensuring that proper records (including final accounts) are kept andamp; maintained so financial information for audits and cost assurance is readily available. andnbsp;

About You

Essential

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• ARICS or studying for APC
• Experience working with a main contractor

Desirable

• Experience working within Water
• Knowledge of NEC contracts
