You will manage your own caseload and work independently within a defined area, with access to senior advice and support. Supervision and professional development are integral to our practice, including informal and formal discussions, clinical reasoning sessions, and peer reviews.You will undertake all clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner, demonstrating excellent time management and planning skills. Additionally, you will supervise, educate, and assess less experienced staff to ensure departmental standards are met.Our trust, led by Chair Jacqui Smith and Chief Executive Matthew Trainer, serves residents from diverse London boroughs and parts of south-west Essex.
