Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, Chancellors are seeking a Team Leader of Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Bracknell. To be successful within this position, you will be a current Senior PM looking to step up, or a current Team Leader with experience within leading a team. You will oversee a team of Property Managers, providing day-to-day support and ensuring the smooth running of the branch portfolio.Key Responsibilities

Conducting morning MeetingProviding support and guidance with the implementation of new legislationHelp investigate customer complaint and propose/undertake appropriate responseHelp to co-ordinate and where possible provide trainingSupport the Property Management department through guidance and mentoring to achieve strategic objectivesSupport audits of property management departments in conjunction with branch audits.Ensuring that property management best practice is sharedChecking gas daily to ensure process has been adhered to, having relevant conversationsMonitoring teams overdue workflows, having relevant conversationsMonitor the churn report, having relevant conversationsIdentify possible opportunities to enhance level of service provided to both internal and external customers. Discuss with RPM and assume responsibility for implementation.Working on group projects or initiatives along with the RPM to ensure successful implementation.Responsibility to enforce strategic objectivesEnsuring adequate cover in the department when it comes to holidays and days offMonitor workload of Property Managers, being aware of any issues that may affect staff moraleWhat are we looking for
