This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pest control professional with strong leadership skills, expert technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality public services.In this frontline role, you will supervise a team of Pest Control Technicians, manage stock and equipment, oversee service delivery, and carry out specialist pest control treatments across domestic and commercial settings. You will also play a key part in developing the service, ensuring compliance with legislation, and maintaining the highest health and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and coordinate a team of Pest Control Technicians delivering services across the borough.Carry out surveys and treatments for rodent, insect, and avian pests in line with BPCA standards and Council service requirements.Allocate daily workloads based on appointments and service requests received from the call centre.Manage pest control stores, including stock allocation, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.Respond to customer ..... full job details .....
