This is a 360-degree sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and lead generation to closing. The role requires a proactive, self-starter approach, as you ll not only be following up on warm leads from our telesales team but also generating your own pipeline, including booking and attending appointments.Responsibilities: Drive new business in the South East region, specializing in waste management services and products.Full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.Generate your own appointments in addition to those set by the telesales team.Build strong relationships with clients in sectors including Drainage and Utilities. Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential. Requirements: Proven experience in waste management services, drainage, utilities or a technical / related sector. We would ideally like someone to have knowledge within the waste industry. A track record of 360 sales and business development.Knowledge of the South East region and an ability to work remotely while managing time and goals effectively.
