An expanding Corporate Solutions team is looking to appoint a Trainee Administrator to support its continued growth, driven by an increase in Creditors'' Voluntary Liquidations. The role provides hands-on exposure to company investigations, financial analysis and the preparation of statutory reports, working alongside experienced professionals in a specialist environment. The Corporate Solutions team undertakes detailed reviews of a company''s affairs prior to liquidation. This includes analysing books and records, identifying potentially antecedent transactions, investigating unusual activity and assisting with the preparation of statutory reports for submission to the Insolvency Service. The Opportunity The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting investigations into the affairs of companies entering liquidation. The position will provide exposure to a broad range of financial and investigative work, including reviewing accounting records, tracing transactions, identifying relationships between connected parties and communicating with company directors and other relevant parties.
