Our mission is to support clients with holistic solutions from strategy to implementation from a single source.Founded in 2013 as a joint venture between BMW Group and HandZ AG, rpc has more than 450 employees across twelve countries.Key responsibilities:Support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the UK and Ireland, covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to employee changes, absence, development, probation and offboarding.Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear and timely guidance on routine HR policies, procedures and employee-related processes.Take ownership of routine HR matters within established company policies and processes, using sound judgement to recognise when complex, sensitive or formal matters require escalation.Coordinate recruitment activities across the UK business, working closely with hiring managers to support vacancy management, candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate communication and offer ..... full job details .....
