Role Description As a Senior Cost Estimator, you will oversee project cost management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring effective resource management. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, analysing financial data, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. You will also contribute to mentoring team members and strengthening cost-control systems and procedures. Qualifications Strong expertise in financial and cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost estimation Experience preparing detailed cost estimations for bids and RFQ packages Proficiency in financial data analysis and report preparation Knowledge of project management, resource allocation, and cost-control methodologies Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated leadership ability with experience mentoring and supporting team members Proficiency in financial management and analysis software/tools Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related discipline Experience within the automotive manufacturing or tooling industry is advantageous Ability to support the sales function as required ..... full job details .....
