This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a Counterbalance FLT to move steel and other large, bulky itemsLoad and unload vehicles, ensuring loads are secure and damage-freeMove, stack and store materials around the warehouse and yardWork from picking lists, job sheets and delivery notesCarry out basic pre-use checks on the truck and report any defectsMaintain a clean and safe working area, following all HandS proceduresLiaise with warehouse, production and transport teams to support workflow Essential RequirementsValid Counterbalance FLT licence (external only we can''t accept expired or in-house licence)Proven experience moving steel and/or large, bulky, awkward loadsConfident operating in tight spaces and busy yard/warehouse environmentsStrong awareness of health and safety and safe load handlingReliable, punctual and able to work full-timeGood communication skills and ability to follow instructions What''s On OfferHourly pay of 13.71, increasing to 15.05 after 12 weeksPlenty of overtime availableStandard daytime hours - Monday to Friday, no nightsLong-term, temp-to-perm opportunity for the right personSupportive team ..... full job details .....
