Job roles:
Each location boasts a fabulously sumptuous customer showroom where they embrace the principles of fair trade, offer a choice of re-cycled precious metals, and can additionally supply lab created diamonds alongside mined.

Multiple opportunities are available that would suit varying levels of trade experience from that of a new industry beginner through to the most seasoned jewellery sales professional.


Requirements:

  • Must be able to demonstrate an interest or a sales track record in selling fine jewellery merchandise.

  • There is a desire to attract properly sales-trained individual(s) who have benefited from growing their customer service skills within a forward-thinking luxury retail jewellery business.

  • All applicants must enjoy working in a fast-paced results driven setting and understand that personal service delivery is what propels all parties best future interests.

  • Selling direct to consumers you have to be a great listener, enjoy interpreting customer future ownership dreams, and underpin this purchasing desire with a professional efficiency all can draw pride from.

  • Any formal Jewellery trade qualifications be it in sales, jewellery design or jewellery manufacturing and production would be advantageous


Essential qualifications:

  • Communication skills need to be crystal clear in whatever form of dialogue — personal, virtual, or online.

  • Your salesmanship talent can quickly gain trust and fulfil best trade purchasing experience delivering constant 5-star feedback.

  • The more IT fluency the better and there is plenty of surrounding opportunity to gain even more gemstone / lab grown and manufacturing understanding in order that you can champion ever more fervently the added value that this company represents.

  • You have previously demonstrated a capability to win new customers and build on third party recommendations.
