ResponsibilitiesOur client is looking to recruit a French speaking Customer Service Executive to join a fantastic international team. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy and international environment in a role which will include the following responsibilities:
Processing of orders
Liaising with French speaking clients (B2B) by email and phone
Responding promptly to customer enquiries e.g. prices, stock availability, delivery queries etc
Liaising with other departments (logistics etc) to provide the necessary export documentation
Providing a first class and quality service at all times
Attending events and exhibitions when required
Communicating with sales reps within the French speaking territories
Candidate experience / skills
Fluent French and English is essential
Previous experience in customer service is essential - B2B experience is preferred
Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines
