Customer Service Assistant

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for a Customer Experience Assistant on behalf of our client based in Wigan, WN5 AREA. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls Answering sales and aftersales enquiries Putting b2b orders on the system Liaising with Agents Booking shipments Answering live chats Arranging and hosting showroom visits, and test rides. Ability to prioritise workload based on importance Managing dealer accounts Skills: Confident answering the Phone is essential Driving license Back office software experience High attention to detail Excellent standard of writing/spelling Great problem solving initiative Prior bike shop experience face to face and remote Willingness to attend trade shows with the team, outside of normal working hours. Ability to work in a fast paced environment efficiently Microsoft office competency Driving license Working hours: 8.30am - 5pm Finer details: 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
