About the Successful Applicant You will have previous HR Business Partnering experience, ideally gained within a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is required, alongside strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills. You will be comfortable using people analytics to inform decisions, managing ambiguity and supporting organisational change within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary and performance-led environment.
