Probe Technical are looking to recruit a full time and permanent Field ServiceEngineer to join a recognised world leader in their Manufacturing facility. We are looking for a dynamic person who has a good mechanical engineering background to work in a friendly environment as part of a small team, excellent working conditions and stable permanent employment. 

Must be very flexible with regular overseas travel. Normally a week at a time, odd occasion up to 4 – 5 weeks at a time, but that is less frequent. You will predominantly be based at the facility near Fradley 70% of the time. 

The package details for the role of Field ServiceEngineer include:

• Salary depending on experience and to be discussed at interview.  
• 8 Hour days Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.
• Company pension
• 22 + 8 days Holiday
• Potential for overtime with rates discussed at interview 
• Discretionary company bonus 
• Expenses will be paid for overnight stays 

You must be Mechanically trained with a background in Fitting and Assembly. Some duties will involve:

• Fitting, Assembly, and Testing on Shop Floor
• Stripping down machinery ready for delivery 
• Site Installation of machinery attending overseas customers  
• Previous experience with both hydraulics and pneumatics. 

The role of Field Service Engineer is commutable from Lichfield, Tamworth, Burton on Trent and Cannock surrounding areas.
