Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to work nights on a highways project in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced highways professional looking for a short-term contract with potential for further work.

Key Requirements:

• Proven highways experience

• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS

• Valid Highways Passport

• Previous site supervision experience

• Availability to work nights

Responsibilities:

• Supervising site activities and workforce during night shifts

• Ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently

• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality

• Coordinating site operations and ensuring compliance with project requirements

• Liaising with site management and subcontractors as required
