This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in SEN, care, youth work, residential support, sports coaching, mentoring, or behaviour support, as well as graduates considering careers in psychology, social work, mental health, or education.The Role - SEN Teaching AssistantAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with needs including SEMH, ADHD, Autism, attachment difficulties, trauma-related needs, and challenging behaviour.You will work across 1:1 support, small-group interventions, and classroom activities, helping pupils access education while developing their social and emotional skills.A key part of the role will involve recognising triggers and supporting pupils when they become dysregulated.
