Position: Service Coordinator
Location: Billericay - Office-based
Salary: -30-35k DOE

Our client is a family-built M&E Contractor in Essex with over 60 years of success and continued growth. Due to recent success, they''re seeking a Service Coordinator to be based in their Billericay office

The Service Coordinator will join their ever-expanding Service & Maintenance division. This division operates across London, managing a range of blue-chip portfolios across commercial and healthcare sites. The work carried out is a mixture of planned maintenance and repair works as well as reactive works from our call-out service.

As the Service Coordinator, you will be working out of the Company''s Billericay office.

• Schedule London and Home Counties PPM visits for the Engineering division
• Answer inbound calls from clients
• Raise and schedule jobs
• Arrange engineers and Subcontractors to attend works
• Raising purchase orders
• Process quotations
• Managing material orders

Service Coordinator Job Requirements

• Experience in the HVAC and FM industry
• Office-based in Billericay
• Previous role held as Service coordinator/Helpdesk or similar
• Highly adept at handling inbound calls for customer queries and service requests
• Highly proficient in CAFM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Administration responsibilities including filing, preparing documents, receipting, keeping and updating records

Service Coordinator Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary of -30,00035,000 DOE
• 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday - Office based in Billericay
• 22 days'' holiday + Bank Holidays - increasing with service
