Job Summary: We are recruiting for a temporary Chef Role to join our dark commercial kitchen for contract catering across the UK. The site is a fantastic with new state of the art commercial equipment. We cater to approximately 100+ people per day. We are an established, food-focused Contract Caterer operating fantastic contracts within London and further afield.Main duties and responsibilities1. The site requires a chef who understands delivering excellence. In addition to staff dining, you will be involved in hospitality and will take overall control of the kitchen and team.2. The ideal candidate will come from a similar BandI background within Contract Catering. This could be a step up for a strong Sous chef or a great Head chef looking for a change within the sector.Experience/Skills:4. Strong leadership skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience in all due diligence, COSHH and Health and SafetyOrganised5.
