Team Leader !Responsibilities
Lead a team on-site made up on an Assistant Field Service Technician or Field Service Technician ensuring quality work and health and safety compliance.Work safely and effectively as part of a one/two/three-person crew installing and maintaining equipment onsite, diagnosing problems and taking appropriate action with minimal supervision.Provide feedback to managers for performance reviews and project improvements.Take ownership of designated Field Services HandS tasks.Train and support Assistants and Technicians on the job.Safely operate and maintain company vehicles; report defects promptly.Complete all site works to client satisfaction.Clean, secure, and care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment.Handle loading/unloading materials safely and correctly with a high regard for health and safety.Follow all company HandS policies, RAMS, and wear correct PPE.Engage with clients on-site to communicate progress and offer support.Share feedback and ideas with supervisors for continuous improvement.Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar field-based or technical role is essential.Strong understanding of the water and wastewater industry is advantageous.Ability to use a range of hand tools to install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment.Professional, approachable, and positive \"can-do\" attitude.Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and deliver high-quality work.Customer-focused with a commitment to right-first-time delivery.Full clean UK driving licence.Right to work in the UK is essential.What we can offer you
