Flexible working hours available to cover Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm The role is initially office based five days a week until employees are up to speed and achieving expected outcomes. After this the role is office based for a mandatory three days a week. It is up to the employees how many days they spend in the office. Some will do three days and others five days a week. The Role You will be responsible for dealing with warm customers who require debt advice. Following a process and customer journey by identifying their requirements and providing them with a solution. You will take customers through the full advice process and customer journey. Empathetically understanding client requirements. Identifying their personal needs and requirements and providing them with a tailored solution. You will ensure all tasks are undertaken with a focus on providing an excellent level of customer service. You will be responsible for collating all paperwork and required documentation.
