This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancer based in Wakefield. The Conveyancer will be responsible for managing freehold and leasehold residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Daily tasks include preparing legal documents, title checking, raising and replying to enquiries, liaising with clients and other parties involved in the conveyancing process, providing legal advice, exchanging contracts and managing completion and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Responsibilities

Manage freehold and leasehold residential property transactions from instruction to completion.Prepare legal documents and conduct title checks.Raise and respond to enquiries; liaise with clients and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.Provide legal advice, exchange contracts and manage completion.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Qualifications
