Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support pupils’ academic progress and emotional development. You will play a key role in helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, as needed.
• Encourage student engagement and positive behaviour.
• Assist with classroom preparation, resources, and activities.
• Communicate effectively with staff and contribute to a cohesive school environment.

Requirements for TA:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
• A proactive, patient, and caring attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years (with no unexplained gaps).
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
