Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate the school day, providing academic guidance and therapeutic support.Your daily duties will include:Working 1:1 and in small groups with vulnerable students.Learning and implementing a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach within the classroom.Helping students build confidence, resilience and emotional regulation skills.Tutoring students in key subject areas, particularly where they are less confident.Collaborating with Teachers, Therapists and other support staff.This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to build hands-on experience in a mental health and behavioural setting.
