Summary of the role This is an Internal Sales role responsible for the management and development of Nordson customers in the UK. This position will involve both proactive and reactive activities to look after the assigned customer base, whilst also supporting two external salespeople with some administration tasks.Manage and grow sales within allocated customers through close interaction using telephone, email and other office based concepts. All records to be update using Nordson C4C computer system. Promote Nordson products to both new and existing customers in the UK and Ireland with aim to grow business yearly in line with corporate objectives. Identify and develop new system sales in the end user business through close interaction with customers, aim to increase machine population through targeted approach using market and application knowledge Develop recapitalisation business for old systems installed base by developing and managing a competitive trade-in concept Pro-actively develop aftermarket business through promotion of engineering, parts and maintenance products.
