Interim People Business Partner

South East London (hybrid – 4days on site, moving to 3 days after 3 months)Interim HR Business PartnerSouth East London (Hybrid – 4days on site, moving to 3 days after 3 months)An established not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to provide both strategic and operational HR support during an exciting period of change.In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management and employee relations. You’ll play a key part in embedding policies and processes, reviewing HR systems, and ensuring compliance with employment law while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Key requirements:CIPD Level 5 (or studying toward Level 7)Strong HR advisory/business partnering backgroundSolid knowledge of UK employment law and employee relationsAbility to build relationships, coach, and influence at senior levelsExperience in change management and organisational developmentThis is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to take on a varied and impactful role within a purpose-led organisation.
