As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Electrical Installation to join a supportive team and help train the next generation of skilled tradespeople.Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching and Assessment: Prepare, deliver, and assess engaging practical workshop sessions and theoretical classroom lessons across EAL and City and Guilds Electrical Installation courses.Student Support and Progression: Conduct academic progress reviews, student inductions, and tutoring to ensure learner retention, achievement, and readiness for industry or higher education.Curriculum and Workshop Management: Maintain high standards of health, safety, and workshop organization, while developing schemes of work, lesson plans, and digital learning resources.Recruitment and Guidance: Participate in open evenings, applicant interviews, and recruitment events to guide prospective students.Key RequirementsQualifications: Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) and GCSE ..... full job details .....
