They re looking for a Financial Controller to help shape the future of the finance function and play a key role in their next chapter.This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the Finance Director. You ll oversee the day-to-day running of the finance department, helping to develop a best in class function that s scalable, commercially minded and ready to support growth. You''ll play a central part in refining processes, strengthening controls, and upskilling the team around you all while ensuring compliance, regulatory and business reporting requirements are met.What will the Financial Controller role involve?
