Role: HR Manager Sector: Public and Not-for-Profit Duration: 6 Months Location: West Midlands - Hybrid Salary: circa £47,440 Sellick Partnership is exclusively recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join our client based in the West Midlands, working on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 3 days a week onsite. The HR Manager will report to the Head of People and Culture, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organisation, providing expert guidance on employee relations, workforce performance, organisational change and leadership capability. The duties of the HR Manager include: Leading complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters Managing high-profile and sensitive workforce issues, ensuring decisions are fair, evidence-based and legally compliant Advising senior leaders on workforce risk, employment law and people management challenges Supporting organisational restructures, workforce transitions and transformation programmes Leading and supporting TUPE consultations and employee transfer activity Using workforce data and insight to improve attendance, retention, engagement and organisational performance Coaching leaders to strengthen people management capability and confidence Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business Supporting culture change, workforce modernisation and continuous improvement initiatives Preparing and presenting reports, recommendations and workforce ..... full job details .....
