We are seeking a professional and organised Service Co-ordinator to join our client's team in Bridgnorth. This office-based role is ideal for an experienced administrator or customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating service activities while delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient planning and communication.
  
  
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries professionally and promptly.
  
  
• Liaise with engineers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  
  
• Accurately maintain service records, customer information, and job updates.
  
  
• Manage and update information using Excel and maintain communication records in Outlook.
  
  
• Monitor ongoing service jobs, ensuring deadlines are met and customers are kept informed.
  
  
• Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
  
  

• Previous experience in a service co-ordination, administration, customer service, or similar office-based role (essential).
  
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  
  
• Strong administrative and data management skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  
  
• Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
  
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
