Location: - London(Office-based 5 days a week, leading a team of 100 Rail professionals.)Salary: - 130,000 basic + Bonus + Travel + Package Role Description:The Resolute Group is proud to have been retained to identify and secure a Head of Infrastructure for a Rail operator in the South East of England. A key figure in the Leadership team, leading the Infrastructure team with the day-to-day repair and maintenance of the Track and associated Civil Engineering Infrastructure. Leading a team of circa 100 Rail and Civil Engineering professionals to maintain an operational railway, covering a 24/7 work pattern. With a mixture of subject matter experts in P-Way / Track, Structures, Groundworks and Systems. The Head of Infrastructure is responsible for both daily operations and using a proactive reliability improvement asset management plan to deliver a safe and reliable service in adherence to safety, performance and cost expectations.
