Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with academic, emotional, or behavioural needs

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities

• Encouraging pupil engagement and independence in learning

• Helping to implement EHCPs and personalised learning plans

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

• Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)

• A calm, caring, and adaptable nature

• Interest in working with SEN, behavioural needs, or learning difficulties

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A valid, enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
