Job Description

Senior Hardware Engineer needed for a company that is working to decarbonise industry.Reporting directly to the Head of Hardware, youll be joining a small multi-disciplinary team and take ownership of hardware development.Design, develop, and optimise firmware for embedded systems using Zephyr RTOS.Implement and maintain BLE and LoRaWAN based communication protocols.Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and validation frameworks.5+ years of firmware engineering experience- Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded development.- Solid understanding of embedded software development best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.- Proven track record of shipping products from concept to high-volume manufacturing.

They have an office in central London. Its 2-3 days per week in the office, rest remote.
