Tradewind are searching for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in their Reception class after October half term. This school is Specialist SEN school who cater to students across Primary and Secondary.

**About the Role **

• Provide 1:1 support
• Use differentiation to allow equal access to the curriculum
• Work closely with Teachers to help children achieve their milestones and targets
• Help create an inclusive and accessible learning environment

**Requirements**

• Previous experience working with SEN or genuine passion for supporting SEN learners
• Strong communication skills
• DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Able to provide 2 professional references
