The firm''s core services are Real Estate Services, Investment Management, Capital Markets and Consulting, Technology and Innovation.Your new role Your new role will sit within the national Living team based in Manchester as a Stock Condition Programme Manager. The team works with all client groups in the social and affordable housing sector, public sector, central government and for specialist providers of all types of housing and residential assets.You will take the lead in the management and delivery of survey programmes and to provide first class advisory services to our clients throughout the property lifecycle. The role would suit someone with experience of designing, managing and delivering stock condition surveys who has a passion for data, compliance, asset management and advisory services for business planning, regulatory compliance and stock rationalisation.The role would be based at the Manchester office, but with flexible and hybrid working.
