This role is crucial for supervising daily activities, guiding Warehouse Operatives, and ensuring that operational plans are executed effectively to meet service, productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy targets. Day-to-Day of the Role: Inbound, Put-Away and Replenishment: Supervise inbound deliveries, ensuring goods are received and processed accurately. Coordinate stock put-away and monitor replenishment activities to maintain inventory accuracy. Picking, Packing and Dispatch: Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure that customer orders are completed accurately and within service levels. Team Leadership and Performance: Allocate workloads, set daily priorities, and provide support to Warehouse Operatives. Monitor and coach team performance to drive continuous improvement. Health, Safety and Compliance: Promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with company policies and Health and Safety requirements, and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
