Candidate Requirements:Minimum

1 year of experience

in a similar roleStrong coffee-making skills and understanding of specialty coffee standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressureFlexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a full-time rotaA genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
