Location: Ballyclare covering contracts across NI
Hourly Rate: Competitive Pay Rates - £17.50 - £20 depending on level, plus company benefits
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
About the role
At idverde, we provide a range of Arboricultural Operations including tree removals, crown thinning/reductions/lifting, deadwooding and tree planting, as well as ongoing tree maintenance. We are now looking for talented and experienced Arborists, to build new teams in Northern Ireland.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Arborist, with an eye for detail and passion for high quality tree care.
- Excellent understanding of arboriculture, safety protocols, care andamp; maintenance of all equipment, plus the ability to undertake operations safely and competently, with a can-do attitude.
- Hold Relevant Industry Qualifications - CS30-32 / 38 / 39. Woodchipper ticket an advantage.
- Team Leaders must have Aerial Rigging andamp; Pruning CS40 / 41. CS33-35, MEWP andamp; IPAF Certificate / PAL Card highly beneficial. Previous leadership / supervisory experience is also necessary.
- Working closely with both internal andamp; field-based teams and clients, you will help drive operational excellence, support team development, and uphold the company''s reputation in forestry and arboriculture services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence
