Description The Commercial Solicitor will deal with a range of work including; Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.Provide legal advice to clients on a range of commercial matters including IT, DP, IP and heavy weight commercial contracts.Working with clients across a range of sectors including retail, logistics, education and charities.Work closely with the Partners on larger matters.
