Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of retail projects across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy delivering major programmes within live operational environments. Working as part of an established and collaborative team, you will take responsibility for projects from feasibility through to completion, managing stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery against programme, budget and quality objectives. The Role Key responsibilities will include:Managing projects through all phases of delivery, from feasibility to completion and post-handover.Preparing and managing key stage project reports.Coordinating and managing multidisciplinary project teams.Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with agreed procurement, commercial and contractual strategies.Managing tender processes, contractor queries and bid evaluations.Preparing and administering contract documentation.Chairing project meetings and producing meeting minutes and action schedules.Managing multiple projects simultaneously ..... full job details .....
