Learning Support Assistant Location: BraintreeReporting to: Headteacher, Class Teacher, SENCo, Senior LSAAbout the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in Braintree. This role involves working closely with teaching staff to support pupils with severe learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential in a safe, inclusive environment.You will play a vital role in supporting pupils academic, social, emotional, and physical development, both individually and in small groups.
