We are a local council based in Farnham, seeking a grounds maintenance operative to support the general upkeep of the open spaces and outdoor facilities. This role is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, offering the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment. The working hours are 8am - 4pm, Saturday and Sundays with a pay rate of £14.59ph plus holiday pay, free parking, uniform and PPE, the use of a company vehicle and pensions scheme after qualifying period. As the grounds maintenance operative, you would be required to provide reliable weekend support across the public sector client''s parks, open spaces and outdoor facilities. The role involves grounds maintenance, horticultural work, cleaning, litter picking, site opening and security, and supporting events and other outdoor services.
