You''ll be responsible for maintaining and improving plant and machinery performance, ensuring safety standards are upheld and driving continuous improvement across all maintenance activities. The Role: Champion continuous improvement of equipment, maintenance processes and plant reliability.Uphold company standards, disciplines and safety protocols always.Enhance equipment performance and reduce costs related to parts and consumables.Accurately report incidents, accidents, and near misses in line with Health and Safety policies.Maintain company assets to ensure optimal efficiency and longevity.Foster strong communication with production teams and ensure smooth handovers and updates across shifts. What You''ll Bring Experience: Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing or process-driven environment.Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 and 4 in Engineering; HND or City and Guilds equivalent preferred. Must be apprentice-trained (BTEC).Technical Skills: Proficient in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical circuits.
