LondonWhat you''ll do:Manage compliance and reporting obligations for EMEA, APAC, and some UK entities.Oversee the outsourced corporation tax returns submission process for EMEA, APAC, and UK.Liaise with HMRC, external auditors, advisors, CFO’s, and management teams both in the UK and overseas.Monitor Effective Tax Rates and report to the US Tax team.Manage shared services centre resource based in India.Assess tax impacts of reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals, and compliance for a highly complex group.What you bring:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven problem-solving abilities.Experience in tax reporting.Ability to work around problems quickly.Advanced Excel skills.ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualified.Financial services (banking, other brokerages, private equity) experience is an advantage.What sets this company apart:Our client is a leading player in the financial sector with a reputation for excellence.
