An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Group Conference Coordinator to join Bradford Children''s and Families trust.

You will work within provide mediation and set up restorative meetings to support families and to build family networks. You will support the delivery of the Family Group conference, mediation and restorative meetings to enable families to make plans to keep their children''s safe. You will gather and share information appropriately to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people. Manage your own workload and work with other professionals in the trust.

You must hold a recognised Level 2 qualification related to Working with Children, young people and parents. We require a minimum of 2 years continuous and recent experience of working with children young people and their families as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
